Many people staying together in a house

I am thinking of buying a new property and my family is quite big. It is hard to buy a property with a fengshui that fits everyone in the house. I supposed the FS is good for some, average for some and bad for some.

What should I look out for in a property purchase as far as FS is concerned?

I think the Feng Shui of a house follows that of the patriarch or a matriarch or the owner of the house. The rest are okay.
