10) We are looking for Ex Retail bankers to join us as Independent Mortgage Associates. (You must have a diploma in finance with several years related experience or a Degree in Management or Finance or equivalent. A Masters degree will be an added advantage.)

Must be passionate in helping clients and customer to find the best fit solutions. Integrity is the ultimate ACID TEST, no lawyer fees KICK BACKs is tolerated.

11) You can gain credibility through your postings in the Forum and become a Trusted expert. Eventually we will allow you to moderate the forum threads relating to your experience if you can be impartial.

12) IF you have good credentials, you can leap-frog the process of gradually gaining points. We will allow you to moderate a thread where you are an expert in.

Clichés (For Agents, you may want to form your own FORUM Group with a PASSWORD so as to keep things confidential )

13) If you can group together 20 or more people, we'll form a group for you. And you can appoint a "Leader" to moderate your own group. As long as you don't break the law, we don't really care.
